My coaching is rooted in positive psychology, transactional analysis, and authentic leadership practice. I'm trained in evidence-based coaching methodologies and hold the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) Senior Practitioner Individual Accreditation, which is internationally recognised and benchmarked against rigorous standards of practice, ethics and professional development.

My lived experience of navigating cancer, recovery, and burnout has also fundamentally changed how I understand performance, resilience, and leadership. This is why I work in a psychologically and trauma-informed way, balancing empathy with the reality of the world we live in.
Whether I'm working with leaders or individuals, my focus is on sustainable change—helping people perform well and live well, not one at the expense of the other. My aim is not short-term insight, but meaningful, long-term change that continues well beyond our formal coaching conversations.
