22 years of global leadership experience. From Vodafone to PepsiCo to Qatar and beyond. I help organisations and leaders navigate complex change, build high-performing teams, and create cultures where people and performance genuinely thrive.
Kayleigh's career began at 18, joining Vodafone as a store manager. By 19 she was in a leadership role, obsessively building high-performing teams and turning around underperforming stores. That early fascination with what drives behaviour, performance, and culture has never left her.
Over two decades she rose to hold some of the most demanding senior leadership roles in global business: Global Head of Customer Experience & Service Design at Vodafone Group across 25 markets, and Head of Digital Capability at PepsiCo UK, building the digital function from the ground up and reducing cost-to-serve from £52 to £5 per visit.
Today she brings that hard won experience to her consultancy and coaching practice. Her work is shaped not just by corporate success, but by her lived experience of navigating cancer, recovery, and burnout giving her a rare and honest understanding of sustainable performance and what it truly means to lead well.
Kayleigh is an EMCC Senior Coach Practitioner, holds a PGC with Distinction in Coaching & Mentoring for Leadership from Leeds Beckett University, and is grounded in a psychologically informed and neuroscience-led approach, bringing evidence-based insight into all her coaching and leadership work.

I don't offer quick fixes or one-off interventions. If you want change that genuinely embeds, that continues well beyond our formal work together, this is the model.
Everything starts here. I understand your context, your goals, your business, your challenges, and the realities of your life and work. Without real understanding, even the best intentions miss.
Together we define clear, realistic outcomes. Not just in terms of performance goals, but in how you want to lead, work, and live. Clarity, focus, and shared ownership.Depending on the need this can be worked shopped or a 1:1 activity
Based on what we've defined, I design support that fits your specific needs, whether that's 1:1 coaching, a leadership programme, or a custom workshop series.
Delivery is practical, human and sustainable. The real work starts when it's back over to you...which is why we agree on meaningful goals, follow-up and accountability from day one.
Often the first thing to drop is investing in people. Yet the numbers tell a clear story about what happens when we do, and what it costs when we don't. Whether you're navigating transformation, developing your leaders, or investing in coaching, the case is compelling.
Kayleigh has been the most instrumental, inspiring coach to me. Her approach is professional, personable and honest. I felt heard, encouraged and focused during our sessions. I am extremely grateful for the work we achieved together.
I was lucky enough to work with Kayleigh when I asked her to support me locally in running a series of service design training sessions in Qatar. Her level of expertise coupled with her natural ability to lead people through these sessions was of exceptional quality. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Kayleigh.
Kayleigh operates in that rare space where reasoned theory, planning and strategy meets proactivity, customer-centricity and results. She tailored her own high quality Service Design training programme for an international audience, delivering a quality session of genuine long-term value.
Kayleigh combines relentless drive, passion for design thinking and a getting-things-done mentality to drive people, teams and organisations forward. She's an excellent people manager who holds her own in high-pressured situations. It's been a real pleasure to work with her.
The energy Kayleigh brought and the togetherness of the team. Seeing the team light up, one staff member said "it all makes sense now." The way she explained things, especially for non-first-language English speakers, was exceptional.
I would highly recommend Kayleigh as a business coach if you are setting up a business or need to add more structure to your professional journey. She brings clarity, expertise and genuine commitment to results.
A business leader came to me emotionally exhausted, one highly disruptive team dynamic was draining her energy and threatening the stability of her whole team. An employee was undermining leadership, creating negativity, and the situation kept escalating no matter what she tried.
What looked like a difficult employee problem turned out to be something much deeper: blurred boundaries, inconsistent accountability, unclear expectations, and a leadership style rooted heavily in rescue rather than empowerment. She cared deeply about her team, but had unintentionally created a culture where boundaries had become negotiable.
Together we worked through the Drama Triangle, Transactional Analysis, Kim Scott's Radical Candor framework, and the distinction between empowering and rescuing. A major breakthrough came when she realised that rescuing takes the problem away from someone, empowering gives them the tools to solve it themselves.
The engagement evolved far beyond the original presenting issue. We rebuilt the foundations of her leadership — and in doing so, transformed the culture of her business.

Undermining leadership, creating negativity, overstepping boundaries, influencing wider team instability.
Blurred boundaries, inconsistent accountability, unclear expectations, a rescue-led leadership style that had made boundaries negotiable.

What began as a single coaching engagement became a full high-performance team programme.

They try to change culture without changing leadership behaviour. Until the hidden assumptions driving leadership are surfaced and challenged, culture rarely shifts, no matter how many workshops you run.
Culture ChangeThey're navigating external workload, mental load, and invisible labour while being 2x more likely than male peers to take on extra work like mentoring, team support and culture development. That's not a capability gap. That's an unsustainable system.
Women in LeadershipWhen younger employees struggle at work, the instinct is to blame the generation. But if you look at the pressure they're actually under, including the way burnout disproportionately impacts them — empathy starts to look a lot more useful than judgement.
