Integrative Executive Coaching

Stop the cycle of temporary fixes

Coaching that aligns your mind, your habits and your goals so the change actually holds. I blend psychology, behavioural science, neuroscience and coaching frameworks with two decades in leadership and transformation, and my own experience of burnout and cancer.

I coach chief executives and founders, leaders stepping into a role bigger than the last one, and people carrying something heavy at the same time as the job: a bereavement, a diagnosis, a burnout they have not said out loud yet. Often it is more than one of those at once, because people do not arrive in neat categories.

Sessions are direct. We find the actual problem rather than the one you came in with, and we work on the pattern underneath it rather than the incident sitting on top. I will give you models and frameworks you can use on your own between sessions, because the point is not for you to need me.

I am an EMCC-accredited Senior Coach Practitioner and I work in a psychologically and trauma-informed way. In practice that means I will hold a high bar and push you, and I will not pretend the rest of your life stops at the door.

My focus is on sustainable change: helping people perform well and live well, not one at the expense of the other.

My aim is not short-term insight but meaningful, long-term change that continues well beyond our formal coaching conversations.

When coaching became
culture change

A business leader came to me emotionally exhausted, one highly disruptive team dynamic was draining her energy and threatening the stability of her whole team. An employee was undermining leadership, creating negativity, and the situation kept escalating no matter what she tried.

What looked like a difficult employee problem turned out to be something much deeper: blurred boundaries, inconsistent accountability, unclear expectations, and a leadership style rooted heavily in rescue rather than empowerment. She cared deeply about her team, but had unintentionally created a culture where boundaries had become negotiable.

Together we worked through the Drama Triangle, Transactional Analysis, Kim Scott's Radical Candor framework, and the distinction between empowering and rescuing. A major breakthrough came when she realised that rescuing takes the problem away from someone, empowering gives them the tools to solve it themselves.

The engagement evolved far beyond the original presenting issue. We rebuilt the foundations of her leadership, and in doing so, transformed the culture of her business.

The starting point

One difficult employee

Undermining leadership, creating negativity, overstepping boundaries, influencing wider team instability.

What we uncovered

A wider leadership & culture system

Blurred boundaries, inconsistent accountability, unclear expectations, a rescue-led leadership style that had made boundaries negotiable.

What we worked on

Boundaries · Accountability · Difficult conversations · Emotional regulation · Performance management

Drawing on the Drama Triangle, Radical Candor, Transactional Analysis, and empowerment vs rescuing frameworks.

The outcome

Culture shifted, sustainably

Reactive→Intentional
Rescuing→Empowering
Emotion-led→Clarity-led
Business experienced

Healthier team dynamics · Stronger boundaries · Improved accountability · Greater leadership clarity

What began as a single coaching engagement became a full high-performance team programme.

Coaching for moving abroad

Relocation gets treated as a logistics problem, and the logistics do get done. What nobody hands you a checklist for is the part that actually costs you: introducing yourself for the ninth time this week, being asked what you do and hearing yourself hesitate, being completely fine and completely exhausted.

I run dedicated one-to-one coaching for people arriving in Qatar, and for people leaving it.

What clients say

I have worked with Kayleigh over the last 6 months with her business coaching programme. Having launched an impact women-led community building business, Kayleigh has been the most instrumental, inspiring coach to me. Her approach is professional, personable and honest. Kayleigh shared various techniques to combat professional and personal challenges in setting up a business, with a sharp focus on the what, why and how to achieve my goals. Often the coaching was positively challenging and constructive, informative and always professional. I felt heard, encouraged and focused during our sessions.

You set realistic goals between sessions, helping to maintain the focus of each session for longer, therefore making the investment of coaching much more worthwhile. … Your ability to link different scenarios together which have arisen in previous weeks was invaluable, as you could then make sense of patterns. … I really benefited from the theoretical knowledge you often referred to and I could use those models independently between sessions to work on change.
